Enquiry Circulation Service
Assistance for those requiring the services and advice of a qualified licensing practitioner is provided through the Institute's Enquiry Circulation Service.

Training & Education
The Institute arranges conferences and seminars on licensing and is a well-recognised source of speakers on commercialising intellectual property. It provides contributors to publications on licensing and intellectual property matters. It also acts as a lobbying facility to and from governments internationally.

The Institute plans shortly to launch a Diploma course (Dip L P) in licensing, which will run for a full academic year. Preparations for this are well underway.

Speakers for TV, Radio and
other Events
Assistance is provided to those requiring speakers for television and radio programmes and other media events concerning licensing and the commercialisation. The Institute is also a well known source of judges for technology awards and invention competitions.

Expert Witnesses
Because of the diversity of areas of specialisation and the wealth of experience of its Fellow Members, the Institute is a useful source of expert witnesses in cases of disputed and contested licensing matters.

Mediation
The Institute can help in obtaining the services of Members experienced in mediation and other Alternative Dispute Resolution procedures.
